TaxPlus and MI2U, a subsidiary of Success Group, have reached a collaboration agreement and jointly signed a memorandum.
Today, our Malaysian project entity TD DEVELOPMENT SDN. BHD. (hereinafter referred to as “TD”) and MYINVOICE2U SDN. BHD. (hereinafter referred to as “MI2U”) officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), marking a significant step forward in their cooperation in the field of Digital Accounting Management Services (DAMS).
MI2U, formerly known as Famous Emerald (M) Sdn. Bhd., is a company incorporated in Malaysia and a subsidiary of Berjaya Group Berhad. The company is committed to providing innovative E-invoicing middleware solutions to help organizations efficiently manage E-invoice.
Berjaya Group is a multinational corporation based in Malaysia and one of the largest publicly traded holding companies in the country. Established in 1984, it operates as a diversified enterprise with over 150 subsidiaries, 13 of which are listed in countries including the UK, Singapore, Canada, the US, the Philippines, and Malaysia.
TD,as a wholly-owned Malaysian subsidiary of Zhejiang Trade Development Enterprise Service Inc. Co., Ltd., wishes to expand DAMS into the general business sector in Malaysia to further extend its business scope.
According to the MOU, TD will appoint MI2U as its representative to handle all matters related to DAMS. Both parties will work together to integrate TD's DAMS into MI2U's E-invoicing middleware, creating an efficient and compliant digital accounting management services.
DAMS is a software or cloud-based platform designed to automate and streamline accounting processes, including but not limited to bookkeeping, invoicing, payroll, and financial reporting. In terms of E-invoicing, DAMS helps organizations effectively manage E-invoices by converting raw financial data into a structured format that complies with relevant tax regulations and standards.
This cooperation will not only enhance the market competitiveness of both parties in their respective fields but also provide Malaysian enterprises with more convenient and efficient digital accounting management services. By integrating the resources and technological advantages of both parties, the two sides will jointly promote the digital transformation of the Malaysian accounting industry and help enterprises achieve more refined financial management.
